Housed in the boiler room of Colmore Row's Grade II* listed Grand Hotel, Tattu is a spectacular bar and restaurant is also one of the biggest underground bars in Birmingham.
Fusing beautiful and meaningful design with quality and innovative Chinese cooking, makes Tattu a memorable experience.
Adam Jones, managing director and co-owner of Tattu, explains: “As we approached the design process for the restaurant, we knew the concept would need to fit with the character of the heritage space while also reflecting the contemporary look and feel of Tattu’s interior design and modern Chinese cuisine. As we explored the Chinese philosophy of Yin Yang - when two seemingly opposite forces can actually be complementary to each other - we knew this was a concept that would work perfectly within the unit.”
